HELLO! Welcome to my thread, you're probably wondering why am I specifically looking for NA based managers?
Well, let's go over the facts quickly. All of the upper management [Manager+] is mostly in the EU region and or works in that time preference. Which causes problems since we're an NA based server and our players are normally peaked around times that the EU are sleeping upon. I

This means, anyone who does not corollate in a timezone that can pair with NA and or NA Timezoned based, will be instantly rejected.

In 3 days with minimal marketing [quite literally we just bought a discord ad], we have made $105 and have gotten only positive feed back on our beta map.

This job will be paid monthly. I can talk to you about Bi-weekly but I am expecting to pay monthly. The maximum amount I will go is $50/m until server has map 1 release. This is because our two other managers are being paid the exact same and I will not favor you.
