My name is Moz and I'm now making Discord Bots again. I'm known to have a budget-friendly cost (around $25 majority of the time) with high quality in the end. Any bot made through me will include free hosting through BlinkOh and VentraNode (if space is available).
I mainly work in NodeJS for most of my projects completed, I can try to work in Python if you'd like but no guarantee that it can be done.
I've worked on bots that have contained economy features, music, moderation, tickets and much more and I'll be happy to help you as well.

A few side notes:
I am currently 17. That means I have school and work to deal with. I try to balance the two out fairly so I can work on my projects and paid work.
That said, my hours of unavailability are provided below in Eastern Standard Time:
8:00am - 2:45pm
11:30pm - 7:00am
I will most likely work on your project during the unavailability times but cannot guarantee that will be the case every time. If I have to attend work, you'll be notified as soon as I get notified.
Events do happen. That's why I request 30% of payment up front, remaining 70% when I'm nearly finished.
If you do not pay the remaining 70%, a scam report will be filed against you and the code for your product will possibly be sold as a template.
I can be flexible with you if you tell me financial wise, but if you don't then do not expect me to become flexible later.
