Hello, and welcome to AntaresMC. We are a newly established network, starting with our popular lifesteal gamemode. In the future, we plan to expand to other competitive gamemodes such as skyblock and possibly prisons, each with unique and exciting features.
We are currently seeking an experienced marketing manager to help us maximize the potential of our 4-figure marketing budget. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies, as well as experience in managing a team of marketing professionals.
As a marketing manager at AntaresMC, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our marketing efforts, including market research, product development, advertising, and public relations. You will work closely with other departments, such as community management and server development, to ensure that our marketing efforts are aligned with our network objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns within a budget.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the Minecraft community.
- Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective marketing efforts.
- Supervise a team of marketing professionals and provide direction and guidance as needed.
- Oversee the development of marketing materials, including banners, posters, and social media content.
- Build relationships with Minecraft influencers and other industry partners to increase brand visibility and awareness.
Qualifications:
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and assemble a team of marketing professionals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies within a budget.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with market research and analysis, as well as product development and launch.
- Knowledge of Minecraft servers and the Minecraft community.
