We are a very passionate team, our main focus is building a community rather than making money. That being said, our managers are still actively working to grow our client base. This means that who you are as a person matters a lot to us when it comes to deciding on whether we should welcome you to our team or not.
Since Rebirth isn't really money focused, the management cut is only 10%. All that money gets reinvested back into the team. Management is not looking to make a profit.
