Heyo! We are currently looking for some new faces to join the management team of Fruitcraft, an upcoming Skyblock server which is currently in its middle phase of development. To prepare for release we are looking to bring on board the following positions to join our team:
Skyblock Community Manager
The Skyblock community manager will be the head decision maker for all content & community decisions/changes for Skyblock. You will be helping to shape Fruitcraft's Skyblock gamemode during it's development and after it's release to perfect it as well as possible. You will be reviewing community suggestions, frequently interacting with the community to gain thoughts, feedback, ideas, etc. & help to communicate the ideas to the rest of the management team as well as assist in implementing them when necessary. This position is not currently paid and is volunteer, though this may be subject to change later down the line after the server releases.
Requirements:
A high amount of experience with Skyblock as a gamemode on multiple servers of different styles
At least a basic understanding of plugin configuration
Experience managing a server's community and keeping it healthy and active
Ability to work on a functioning team
Good English
At least 15 years of age
Has a working microphone
Has managed a Discord server to some capacity
Skilled with writing server announcements, change logs, and documents
Bonus Qualities:
Any form of experience with Java/Spigot development
Experience with the Survival gamemode
