Helper
Role: Assist new players, answer questions, and help maintain a friendly and welcoming environment.
Requirements: Friendly, helpful, and a good communicator.

Moderator
Role: Enforce server rules, handle player reports, and ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all players.
Requirements: Previous experience in moderation is a plus, good judgment, and problem-solving skills.

Sr. Moderator
Role: Oversee the moderation team, manage escalated issues, and assist in the development of server policies.
Requirements: Proven experience in server moderation, leadership skills, and a strong understanding of server management.

Admin
Role: Manage server operations, support staff members, and help with server development and maintenance.
