1. You will not redistribute any code delivered throughout the development process. with any third party, nor will you distribute it throughout your organization to anyone who might be deemed at risk to distribute. Any distributed code is the responsibility of the purchasing party.
2. Any code that is edited by the purchasing party will not receive support until it is reverted to it's original state.
3. All payments are refundable prior to 4 hours of work, however exclusivity to aforementioned work will be forfeited.
4. Payment will be decided using a general setup fee, and an additional per feature rate. 50% of the total must be paid within a day of the deal being agreed on.
