Hello, we are a new up and coming Minecraft server network called "TheOblivion". We are about to release a new competitive factions map in the near future and have high expectations in terms of player turnout.
At TheOblivion, we have a vision to create a refined competitive factions experience and give the smoothest gameplay experience to all of our players. This is where we need you to help us out.
We are looking for a number of qualified individuals to provide quality assurance services to our members. Your role would be to find anything that hinders players' experience such as reading through tickets, identifying bugs and issues, dealing with customer service issues, and providing feedback regarding the aforementioned duties. Along with this you would help us think of strategies to keep our player base engaged and ensure loyalty. Another important aspect you would have to deal with is creating and running tests that would be a preemptive measure to ensure we won't run into bugs along the way during our maps and can be dealt with before we release anything. Our most important task for you is, as the job title implies, making sure the products we produce have quality that exceeds our customers expectations. Since we are looking for qualified individuals, we are requesting that you, most importantly, have years of factions experience, and previous experience staffing on factions servers and interacting with the community.
