Algorithm OasisMC is an upcoming RPG-Towny hybrid Minecraft server that’s been in development with passion, creativity, and a long-term vision. As we approach our next phase of development, we’re expanding our team and looking for talented, motivated, and community-focused individuals to join us on this journey.

What is Algorithm OasisMC?​

Algorithm OasisMC blends the best of RPG progression and Towny world-building, delivering a custom-made experience unlike anything else:

• Aura Skills Plugin – Customize your combat, magic, and passive abilities
• Custom Classes, Stats, Leveling & Perks
• Towny Expansions – Advanced systems for land claims, nations, taxes & town management
• Custom-built team tools like Axiom, FAWE, and other internal plugins for efficient development and building
• Lore-rich world design, with quests, history, and ongoing story arcs
• A robust backend built for scalability and long-term updates

Who We’re Looking For:​

We are recruiting long-term team members in several areas. Whether you’re experienced or learning, we value passion, communication, and consistency.

Builders​

• Medieval, fantasy, desert/oasis, or ancient world themes
• Terraforming, structure design, interiors & exterior environments
• Must be comfortable using FAWE, Axiom, GoBrush, etc.

Developers​

• Familiar with Java, Skript, or custom plugin configuration
• Can help implement or refine plugins and systems
• Experience with RPG or Towny-type servers is a bonus
• Discord Development

Lore Writers & Quest Designers​

• World-building, character writing, item and faction lore
• Create immersive quests and branching narratives
• Understanding of RPG pacing and progression

Event Coordinators​

• Design server-wide events, competitions, lore-based story events
• Work with the team to keep players engaged and rewarded

Community Moderators / Staff​

• Support new players, manage in-game behavior, and maintain community health
• Help facilitate Discord and in-game engagement
• Great communication and maturity are key
