I am looking to hire an experienced Spigot/Paper plugin developer to build a high-performance, scalable event plugin called StellarEvents.

Lava-Rise is a competitive PvP survival event where:
- Players join from a lobby.
- A map is selected via weighted voting.
- Players select a kit (permission-based).
- Players allocate skill points (Speed / Strength / Resistance).
- The world border shrinks.
- Lava rises from a configurable Y level.
- Death = elimination.
- Top placements receive configurable rewards.
- Game continues until one player remains alive.
