All prices are per month.

UPDATE #1
My new email address is [email protected], my previous one - shown on the thread is un-monitored.

Terms of Service

The following rates and terms apply:

Client will pay the specified amount via PayPal as agreed to by both parties, no later than the 7th of the month, for work delivered and accepted in the previous month.

Scope of Project

I am managing for the Client. I agree to perform services until the engagement has ended.

Changes and Revisions

The price at the beginning of this contract is based on the time investment I estimate is needed to accomplish everything you’ve told me you want to achieve with service, but I’m happy to be flexible. If you want to change our arrangement or add anything new, I’ll provide a separate estimate for that.

Legal

I can’t guarantee that my work will be completely error-free and so I can’t be liable to you or any third-party for damages, including lost profits, lost savings or other incidental, consequential or special damages, even if you’ve advised me of them. If any provision of this contract shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this contract and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

Copyright

Client will own the copyright for all material created under this agreement, and I can showcase sample works from this project as portfolio pieces only with consent and approval from client.

Payment

I will invoice client on the first business day after beginning service. Payment shall be completed by client in the amount specified to me no later than the 2nd day following the beginning of service.

The day I joined VoltixMC, a user approached me with a business plan I wasn't going to let go. I felt it was better for me to leave while having no integration or commitment into the team, rather than wait until I inevitably left due to a lack of time from the business. That business became Prism, something I am proud of - and I'm glad I made the decision to leave then and there.

Then why are you looking for another thing right now?

From what I've been hearing, Prism hasn't been the most successful, why is this something that you feel is a meaningful experience?

VOUCH +1 I've just recently started working alongside @LiquidForm and I must say, he has a head on his shoulders, humble and hard-working I wouldn't query these prices at all.

Don't know where you've heard this. Prism is doing very well, we aren't rushing into things quickly, which is why it may appear to be doing poorly. It's not a full experience as it isn't complete, we have solid plans for Prism.

Then why are you looking for another thing right now?
I'm currently onto my next stage of plans and need to gain funds for the project, so I will be making time for management. As a business start-up is a crucial time, I needed to allocate more time towards it, therefore I didn't have time for management or administration.

Thanks for the vouch :)
