AfflictionMC is a new network, recently forming under the ownership of myself and Nykorrin. As we are getting closer and closer to the network's first release we are looking to begin filling our staff team. To do this we are recruiting a manager who will be in charge of managing the staff team and do basic network administration and training. As I have lots of management experience myself I will be scouting over your management skills during the first week or two. THIS IS NOT A POSITION FOR NEW OR ASPIRING MANAGERS! We are looking for somebody who has experience and will be able to handle the struggles of managing a network. Requirements
Be able to handle day to day staffing tasks
Be able to log multiple hours as needed per day.
Understand the basics of network & community management
Have a good reputation within the Minecraft community
Must speak fluent English as this is an English network
Be able to create and work on staff documents
Ages 13+ Only Please (Some exceptions can be made for special cases)
Have a working microphone (REQUIRED)

Creating and maintaining staff and network documentation
Basic network administration & management
Training staff members
Community relations
Payment / Buycraft support
Media management / Advertising management
