In the user card, there is a percentage rating for reputation - which is the % of total reputation that is positive.
However, for users with no reputation, it still shows "0%". I believe this is somewhat misleading as this may cause other users to think they are scammers or something, but a lot of times these are well-intentioned people just new to the community.
My suggestion is to replace "0%" with something like "None" when they had no reputation at all (no positive, no negative, no neutral).
(To clarify: if someone has 0 positive and 4 negative, that is still "0%")
