"0% Reputation" to "No Reputation"

In the user card, there is a percentage rating for reputation - which is the % of total reputation that is positive.

However, for users with no reputation, it still shows "0%". I believe this is somewhat misleading as this may cause other users to think they are scammers or something, but a lot of times these are well-intentioned people just new to the community.

My suggestion is to replace "0%" with something like "None" when they had no reputation at all (no positive, no negative, no neutral).

(To clarify: if someone has 0 positive and 4 negative, that is still "0%")

So if you're going just based off of the percentage then you're not looking to deal properly. Plenty of people are extremely legit however they are toxic and their reputation represents that with a sub 100% rating. If there's a 0%, take the time to click on it and check out their reputation. If they have no ratings, deal with them so they can start obtaining reputation. If it's just negatives, deal with caution with them. It's not something that I really think needs changing when there are copious other suggestions that are more useful to the average MCM user.

Eh, I don't see a problem with showing users have a 0% reputation score when they have a 0% reputation score.
