Looking at the example provided, it seems to be accurate as we do not count feedback from banned members which in this case is Reinsure. There is a valid bug here though which is the darker coloring not working on the profile tab. It is, however, displayed on https://www.mc-market.org/feedback/164109/ .

Indeed. This is not a bug, this is working exactly how we want it.
