Server has 10GB RAM, 150GB HDD (7200RPM drives), and I will cap the bandwidth at 300Mbps.

I will include 2 IPv4 addresses. DDoS protection is 10Gbps per IP. Only one left - since I only resell resources I don't use.

Any OS - paid OS options are available (+$10 for Windows Server 2012 R2 Standard, any other OS you must pay for and provide the key).
