Anyone have a good 1.12.2 jar that has 1.7 TnT mechanics?

It does... thats the whole point of paper spigot, to fix cannoning.That doesn't fix it.
As far as I know OP, there isn't any available 1.12 jars for cannoning. Mainly because no one like the PvP in 1.12 so there isnt many 1.12 factions servers.
It does, and I've worked with custom jars plenty of times, haven't seen a better fix than theirs yet.It doesn't. Trust me, I own multiple servers, I wouldn't spend close to a thousand dollars on a custom spigot if paperspigot fixes cannoning.
Back when I played the game I played factions on many of the most competitive servers and helped them with patching tnt issues. I know how cannons work and more importantly I know the code behind how tnt works. And paperspigot fixes the issues completely.Use a proper cannons i.e 255 stacker and see how that works.. oh wait it won't. That fixes cannons which stack less than 20 sand. They're not even considered cannons anymore.
A lot of cannoner "experts" ik use versions beyond 1.8 for test servers since it contains new blocks such as observers to help create new tech with cannons. I have, and currently am running one since my next release is going to be a spigot with server side TNT optimization in terms of calculations and reducing client side lag. I think I know what I'm talking about, keep in mind you're arguing with a developer about how code works before you think it's funny to laugh at what I've said. And if you think I don't know what I'm talking about or I'm inexperienced feel free to review my resources on sale. They're made for factionsAlright whatever you think.
