1.12.2 Clean Factions Server Setup

Looking for a clean factions server setup. Essentially means everything must be professional and simple.

Formats in chat should be as follows:
[RANK] Username: Message

Requires configuration of some premium plugins.
Everything must be done directly on the server.

Unless you're a new MCM user, I will go first.
Does not matter if it's a pre-built setup, unless it's terrible. I need it within 2 days.
