[1.12.2 Server] HORSE PLUGIN | LARGE SCALE

Game Version: 1.12.2
Hello! Me and my staff team need someone who is capable of creating a large
scale plugin and setting up permissions for said plugin.
Please keep in mind the things written here are just a few of the main things necessary for our server. I am willing to pay up to $60.

Horses having different personality traits that are randomly generated when the horse is in the game and stuff and you can see it when you do /<Wtbps> info
We should have a trust meter. The trust meter will be found by doing /<wtbps> info as well. You gain the horse’s trust by giving it treats, riding it more, and being 2-4 blocks away from it. When the horse’s trust is higher, it allows the player to get bucked off less and wont make it run away from you.
Horses poop, which means they place one brown carpet in their trail every real-time day or so.
Be able to teleport your horse to you from a distance without having someone in the chunk with your horse by doing /<wtbps> teleport <horsename>
Have a way to give your horse treats (like carrots, apples, and/or cookies) without having the horse to be hurt/upset or breeding. If you need a command to do so it would be /<wtbps> treat.
Can the horses have genders, ages, and breeds? The genders would be Stallion, Mare, and Gelding. Stallion means the horse can breed (They are male).
Make it so the horse can get random sickness and injuries like if your horse is really tired and has no happiness.
