1.12.2 to 1.7 TnT Mechanics

Hi there.

Is there any public plugins out there which would revert many TNT mechanics from 1.12's TNT to 1.7's TNT?

Server I am working on is 1.12 factions (and we cannot downgrade to 1.8 unfortunately).

If not, how much would the expected price be for such a mechanic?

From what I've seen there are no public plugins which do this, you might want to check out a cannoning jar/factions jar. These jars are able to revert tnt mechanics back to 1.7 and they usually also have east/west cannoning patch implemented.

There is a 1.13 TNT jar that you can buy from HEEVES if that is what you're looking for.
