Title. It needs to have every feature a normal core would have but needs to work on 1.12 (and 1.13 forge if possible).

edit: Don't comment if you aren't answering my question.

High performance, consistent uptime and fast support. Minecraft hosting that just works.

Sorry, basically what I'm saying is: don't bother wasting money.
I am not making an HCF server I just want to use an HCF plugin as a base for a server I am making that won't be monetized (no donation incentives) just trying something new.[DOUBLEPOST=1535225571][/DOUBLEPOST]
Will people even play on a 1.12 HCF server???
Probably not, but I don't care.

If he wants to spend $1,000,000 on a piece of licorice let him, it is his business.
He’s here for this product and not for people telling him no.
Not to mention that just because I want an HCF core doesn't mean I am making a traditional HCF server.[DOUBLEPOST=1535487323][/DOUBLEPOST]

Depends on time frame, features, and more.

I'm searching for work ATM, what's your budget for this. This hasn't been done (afaik) so keep in mind it would have to be created from scratch.

It is actually very easy for developers to make. Get a hcf core source, put it in intellij (or eclipse) add all dependencies, but instead of the normal spigot, a 1.12 one, fix the bugs and woohoo.
