1.12 Compatable HCF Core

Title. It needs to have every feature a normal core would have but needs to work on 1.12 (and 1.13 forge if possible).

I didn't ask for your opinion on something that I am not doing, I was asking for HCF plugins that are compatible on later versions.

It is actually very easy for developers to make. Get a hcf core source, put it in intellij (or eclipse) add all dependencies, but instead of the normal spigot, a 1.12 one, fix the bugs and woohoo.
