1.13 update of uHome

Hello! This is a very simple project.

I've found the source code for a plugin that I want to update. It's a home management plugin and has only a handful of deprecated API usages (UUID support was never added) and one error (the bed material name was updated in 1.13--I was able to fix this part). 90% of the work is just swapping player to UUID and should take no time at all. PM me if you're interested. Price negotiable, but this should be a quickie.
