1.14.4 Global GUI Market with Item for Item trades

I want a Plugin which will create a GUI Market, accessible with commands like /market, where Players can create Listings to Buy and Sell Items in exchange for other Items (So technically a Global Trade-Request GUI?)
It should feature things like a main menu where the player has access to create a new Listings or view existing Listings, access a virtual storage chest where items recieved from Listings will be stored if the players inventory is full and also where Items for Listing from the Player go to prevent the deletion of Items after the creation of a Listing.

This is my first plugin request and i have no idea what amount of money i should offer.
