I am looking for a dedicated Developer for my 1.16.3 server which is a network that currently includes a smp earth server and skyblock server and prisons server will be soon.

I am not looking for a plugin Developer

We don't have a ton of players but we are hoping to change that soon!

I apologize I should have clarified. I am looking for a developer that can fix bugs and deal with some in server stuff such as , crates, voting, etc etc. Mainly the in game stuff.

Wouldn't that be considered configuration, or general admin staff? This section is for plugin development.
