1.17 armor

I'm looking for someone to create texture for armor based on this guide: https://github.com/Ancientkingg/fancyPants#readme

The idea would be to create at least 10 armors, but for now, we just want to test it performance and technically-wise.

So right now, we're looking for someone to do 1 for test (paid of course), then there would be more if we manage to implement it.

For the first one, here is the requirement:
- color: close to rgb(245, 237, 223)
- type: this would be the armor for mage, so it has to look like a "robe", even if I know it's not possible to have a robe. It has to look "magically".
