1.17 Configurations

Need help setting up my configs on my 1.17 server please, I will list things that needs to be fixed.

Plugin List

1) My LuckPerms plugin just won't work I cant load the plugin in or anything I got it in the plugins folder however

2) My Hearts won't regen I turned off natural regen cause with it on from the gamerule I was gaining like a regen to max in a second. So I want to make it so you get a natural regen for example a heart every 1.5 seconds or something (no plugin)

3) I am not loosing any hunger for some reason

4) I can't find any working 1.17 chat announcement plugins

Possible solutions:

1. Redownload LuckPerms, if it still doesn't work then try to download it from their official website: https://luckperms.net/download
2. and 3. Your server difficulty might be in peaceful or a plugin might be blocking it otherwise.
4. Maybe use essentials if you meant /broadcast command. If you want auto broadcast that sends information then maybe use this: https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/...broadcast-title-actionbar-json-message.84664/

You probably forgot to download Vault. Or you need Luck's Helper Plugin.
