Looking for a server manager (or preferably a team) to take a % of profits made from a 1.18 towny server (up to 50%)

Server configuration
Content Updates
Bug Fixes
Development (Not necessary but BIG plus)
Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience (with portfolio)
Pay:
- Up to 50% of server revenue depending on ability and experience. Server made 2-4k per month with no advertisement
Launching ad campaign once server is open (projects of 100-400k impressions a month, scalable up to 1-2mil/m once server is proven to be bug free) Shoot me a dm if you know anyone
I simply do not have enough time to work on this project and dont have intentions to sell it. So you will be the server lead, and i will try to help out when i have spare hours.
