1-2 Survival Server Staff Members

Hello everyone!
I'm PinkMangos.

ABOUT ME
I'm a 20-year-old from New Zealand and I work as a train manager on local commuter trains. I'm new to MC-Market. I've played Minecraft for 10 years now and I've loved every minute of it. Most of my time on multiplayer servers I've spent helping out on smaller communities in roles like Moderator & Builder; I really enjoy medieval/rustic style building. Up until about May 2020 I had always helped out on other servers until one day I decided I finally wanted to give one a go myself. Ever since then, I've been slowly but surely building up my idea of an awesome, niche Survival product that will support an amazing community.

ABOUT THE SERVER
I like to describe my creation as a Survival Server that has a goal of creating an amazing community, who get to play on a thought-out, fun and quality Survival experience. Although the server has many unique and interesting features, these are not in-your-face and almost all of them are not mandatory to make the gameplay function - at the end of the day; it's just good ol' land-claiming survival with a sprinkle of spice. Obviously, with any kind of player base growth, I will need to update the server accordingly but I will still keep in mind these core values:​

• Anti-PayToWin. The majority of our unique features are accessible to all players (like fly-mode).
• Layered-setup. This means you aren't forced to use all of our features to make the game mode function.
• User-friendly. Nothing is in-your-face, it's all up to you when & what you want to interact with.
• Reliable. Everyone is kept well informed and the server runs off the top of the line hardware.
• Quality over Quantity. We want to take our time doing things to ensure they are done properly, to a high standard.

WHAT I'M LOOKING FOR​

I am looking for 1 or 2 staff members who can join my team prior to the release of the server, which I am planning for next week. At the moment it's just me and I'd really appreciate some help.
I want someone who is genuinely interested in being apart of a small community to aid its growth. I need someone mature who could totally dedicate themselves to the project and really get involved. I've made a small list of preferences of mine to try help find the right fit for the job!​

• Has a growth mindset and won't let a few setbacks get them down.
• Mature and a great communicator.
  
• Has a genuine desire to become an integral part of a small community.
• Has a solid skill-set around moderation.
• Can be relatively active and support the community when the Owner is offline.
