1.7.10 - 1.8?

Hey guys,
I was wondering which version my server should run, ATM it is running on 1.7.10 Spigot (allows 1.8 clients) but I've only rendered a few chunks so I could make it 1.8... Based on research, I would go with 1.8, But I'd like the communities decision.

The plugin, however basically fucks everything up, like god mode. still 1.7.10 with Carbon.

Damn,
I'd probably talk to a dev about making me a custom jar then.

You could use the 1.7-1.8 protocol hack it's what I use some players are still on 1.7 considering 1.8 is laggy for a lot of players.

Full 1.8 = wrecks player base imo. I'd say wait before going pure1.8

Lol, what I noticed is when you are on 1.7.x-1.8.x Protocol Hack there are A LOT more worlddownloaders. Before I updated I saw my spawn on 10+ servers, after updating I don't see people do that anymore.

1.8 man. We are freaking on 1.8.7, so people who are not up to date yet really need to get their crap together.
