1.7.10 Custom Hub Plugin.

So I seriously cannot find a working hub plugin. Heres a list of what I need:
- Speed 3 when the player joins the server.
- A server selector, configurable
- No Hunger, always night, always teleports to the same spawn point.

- If they fall into the void they are immediately teleported to spawn.
