1.7.10 MineCraft spawn

Hello, I am starting a new modded Minecraft server and I am looking to have someone make me a spawn.​

What I am looking for:
I want it to be a small city that has been bombed. It should have a center area for players to spawn at and a war zone right outside of the city.
This should be a medium size spawn that is for the Minecraft version 1.7.10
