1.7 Bungee Queue Plugin [HCF Style]

Hi,
I'm buying a 1.7 bungee queue plugin.
It must be compatible w/ Redis, as I have multiple bungeecords bind together with RedisBungee.
All messages must be configurable. It must also be queue 800-1200 players simultaneously.
There must be 8 queue priorities, and a way to bypass the queue.

Budget: $50-$100
Due date: 8/31/16 before midnight EST
I'm mainly looking for a plugin that is already done.

Basically a replica of the MineHQ Queue plugin.
