1.7 Enchanting

What I want: I'd like for the old 1.7 enchanting to be on my 1.8 faction server. I want it so when you open a enchantment table it shows the gui with no lapis needed and the levels to be a maximum of 30 unlike 1.8 enchanting where it only costs 1 2 or 3 levels.

The GUI is client side. It's impossible unless the client is running 1.7.

Get the plugin "OldEnchanting" on spigot, it automatically puts the lapis in the enchantment table gui and will require 30 levels to enchant a level 30 level.
