1.8.9 invulnerable on join

Hi Developers.

I need a Plugin that removes invulnerableTicks on join. because when a player join the server he/she is protected the first 3 seconds.

then the player can move, logout, login, move logout and so on. we want to prevent that.

I have googled a lot.. and cant find any plugins for 1.8.9 its either setNoDamageTicks(60) or invulnerableticks.

i also want a config where i can change ticks and enable/disable the plugin easy
