1.8 Color Code Names Corresponding to Faction Relation

so I’ve been looking for this plugin for awhile now and I know they had this on Optic and I really enjoyed it; basically the name above their player will be red (for enemy), green (your fac), and white for neutral. Anyways this allows you to quickly see your relationship with them and not have to type a command too. If anyone know what this plugin is or how to implement it into spigot that would help me out a ton!!!
