1.8 Invisibility bug?

Hey,

so recently me and my friends found out that on server(1.7.10 spigot/paper/bukkit version) if player has invisibility potion active and you join through 1.8 you do not see player but you do see his nametag, so 1.8 clients can see users which are invisible.

So I am asking does anyone know how to fix this?

Faithful's Core has it fixed so if player has invisibility so it simply doesn't add them to the scoreboard team. If u really want to fix this go do some skidding.

I ain't going to skid it , rather have bug tho LOL.
I will try with my method if player has active potion effect and probably get someone from spigot forums to help me.

I am developer myself and I have also tried with someone better than me, but could not get the thing working aka couldnt fix the bug..

because you cant stop 1.8 players to play thats paperspigot ...

Theirs most likely a way to stop them.
