Need help with fixing spawners in 1.8 regarding selling/buying them (willing to pay for help in this matter if you really want)

Make Essentials kits with them.

Then make a buy sign this way

anyone
$[amount]

As for the sell signs, I have no idea how; I think you just make them normally
