1.8 Sponge Plugin

If you could you make a plugin that absorbs water / lava in a 3x3 when a sponge is placed. It will override the 1.8 mechanic , plus it wont let water / lava flow when it hits the 3x3 area. However it needs UUID support ( FactionsUUID )

And paperspigot 1.8.8

So players cant use a sponge in any other land but their own.
