Well I'm actually not 100% it's him but the guy who is claiming to have it has a fucking insane twitter.

I found the guy's twitter and skype. 1st of all, if the account isn't recovered then my friend is having the account banned. 2nd my friend got hooked up with a guy from Mojang so even if he did try to ban it, it would still work out
