PebbleHost does not have a US Location.
I think your expectations are a bit to high. You probably won't find a host that does $1/GB which also has a SLA of 99.9% uptime and free backups. What most people don't seem to understand is that renting a server from a datacenter is expense and that hosts also need to make profits and pay for things like licenses and software. I think you should lower your expectations or higher your budget.

Nope, my expectations are fine, already sorted, 3 companies could offer this to me, I have picked one already though. Went with aquatis.host owned by Klanx
