I have tested that exact CPU to hold 110 players before it started to have performance issues and that was on a factions server. Its a good budget server enough to get someone on their feet.

Fair enough. I guess for a hosting company it does not appear to be the best choice.

Agreed, my company sells some of those CPU's and mainly people who are on a budget and need dedicated resources buy them. Works good for them because its low priced and enough to handle a 80 player base server to get donations.

The point that a hosting facility shouldn't be using those outdated Exxxx/Xxxxx/Lxxxx CPUs that are found "in time machines" now of days.

E3v2/E5v2 are nice balanced solutions instead if your looking on giving your clients valued priced products.
