1 gig per $1 / free dedicated ip

Hello! i am looking for a host that has 1 gig per $1 and a free dedicated ip cause i can't afford buying a server right now and really wanna own a server cause i don't have a job and struggling getting 1 cause i am disabled with half lost hearing ;/ please help me out any host providers?

You're not going to find this sadly ad IPs cost a good bit of money. Maybe if someone has extra space they would do it to help you out but otherwise I doubt you'll find it. What is your budget for hosting, that would be a better way to gauge what you can get.

What would you really need a dedicated IP for, if it's for Minecraft?
It is still possible to remove the port from your server address, even if it's not 25565...this is done using an SRV record.

If it's just more ports you want, some hosts can give you more custom ports.
