If he purchased the server as a dedicated server instead of an RDP then you can makes servers with this cause you will have full root access. You would need to then reinstall the OS of your choice and then your Multicraft if you plan on selling MC Hosting. If you want to sell VPS's you would need to install something like SolusVM.
