I do them all in red on here, just as I can't have too many images on here. There's lots of other colour options on my site. Or, as I just realized that is my site, just click on one of the banners and you can see all the other colours, as stated at the top of the portfolio section[DOUBLEPOST=1458250874][/DOUBLEPOST]
That depends on what you want. The average custom banner I do is about $20.
