Q. How long will it take?
A. I finish all template stuff within 24 hours, usually sooner, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchasing
Q. I changed my server a lot, can I get things changed?
A. Certainly! Just reply to any of the emails sent to you with what you want changing. The one thing I DON'T change is the server name, just in case of any sort of abuse in the system. I change all other text for free 3 times, then you have to purchase the template again.
Q. When do I pay you?
A. Payment for template banners is done through my website and is done when you order the banner. Custom banners are paid for usually at the end, when you've seen the design and confirmed that you like it.
