Make it so regular members can change their username for Mc-Market one time, if need be have it so you need a certain rep like 100+ messages, etc

Naw, it says when signing up "Username will be display on forums". So you should of made it something good.

Wow because my mine raft account got hacked so I have a new one and I can't change my name, is there a way it can be changed people don't know who i am

Changing your username should stay as a donator perk, it doesn't matter if it's one time or not.
