Requirements and other relevant information
I been having EXTREME rubber-banding issues for MONTHS now. About 9/10 games I play I will lag like insane, it is completely unplay-able and my character will skip around and rubber-band everywhere so much. Every second it lags, and I don't know why. I play on NA-West and I get around 30ms but I still lag for no reason. I have a decent PC (i5-4460, 1050 Ti, 8GB RAM, W10) and a decent internet connection (100 up 10 down) and I don't lag on any other game. This is my favorite game, and I never get to enjoy it because it lags so much, sometimes a little and sometimes a lot. (Usually a lot though) I would appreciate any help I can with this, thank you!

Check if V-Sync is on, make sure you have enough space also, try verifying the game too.

Just finished trying all 3, V-Sync didn't work, and I tried verify before, that didn't work.; Also, I am assuming space as in system storage? If so I have plenty of storage left. Thanks anyways though.[DOUBLEPOST=1524362195][/DOUBLEPOST]

Run the game in full screen, that dedicates more memory to your game. If you aren't doing that already of course.

I already tried both window/full screen (I usually play in Full screen)

Make sure your location is correct. Go into settings and you can change what region you want to play.
If that doesn't work, you might have bad internet, so try using an Ethernet cord for a slight improvement.

I am on the correct region, and I do use Ethernet which didn't help.

Have you tried refreshing your pc?

What do you mean by that?

Try updating your pc's drivers.

Open task manager and make sure everything else is closed so you have even more memory usage going towards your game to make it run smoother.

And yes I tried closing as much as possible, didn't seem to help. It is possible it is a background program but I don't know which one it would be ._.

Make sure you cpu ain't overloaded with stuff close any browser and background processes sucjmh as chrome Firefox discord Skype etc.

Memory, CPU, all that shouldnt have an effect that makes you rubberband. Your specs are better than mine as far as CPU and the exact same for the rest, and I dont rubberband. Take into account that when you do internet speed tests it counts in megabits per second (Mbps) and not Megabytes per second (MBps). Doing the math each megabyte is consisted of 8 megabits strung together, so a 10 Mbps download speed is apleoximatly 1 Megabyte per second. My advice is to change the connection you use (assuming your modem has a 2.4 ghz connection and a 5 ghz connection.) 2.4 ghz is slightly stronger but has less range, so if your far from the router then switch to the 5 ghz for the increased range. This is all assuming you use a wifi adapter and not ethernet.
