Skybridge Team-Fights, it’s where a bunch of people spawn on a skybridge and knock each other off. Kinda like FFA but you could add a KOTH in so if someone caps KOTH then they win instead. Could also add several layers so when they fall the land on another layer of skybridge or something , idk just and i idea.

Tower Defense (BTD) I believe a server had this and it was very popular, but they closed it down. If you revive it, you'll still be unique and people will know what to expect, so make it good
Color Rush is also fun once you get a lot of players.

Fish fight. You get a fish with sharpness X, what else could go wrong
