The price is based off what I've seen from previous sales on these forums ($10-25). I chose $15 rather than $10 due to the amount of features and configurable values.
I'd also be willing to negotiate a lower price for users if necessary (depending on the popularity of their server and their current situation).

If by customize the wall you mean change the displayed material (colour/block type), then yes. The video shows the feature off.
