10-30k views/video YouTuber

I am looking for a YouTuber to record on my server with roughly 30k views per video.

Prices are negotiable as I am new when it comes to this sort of advertising, therefore I do not know the true value. I'd be more inclined to have a *free* video and pay on results, but understand if this cannot be done due to mistrust.

You misunderstood me. I know I'm not going to get that for free, I'm not likely to get anything over 10 views for free the way things are currently.
What I mean to say, is I have little to no experience so I don't have a good idea of what the pricing should be.

Wow, really? I didn't realise it would be so expensive, although it makes sense based on the potential amount of players joining, thank you.

Perhaps I'll lower this to anything from 10k-30k.

Have you considered Google advertising.

The service for starters gets your website on the first page of google, this is effective because only 75% of the population that use the internet view the first page only.
Depending on your budget and package will result in how many people join your server, also will target people ages 10-20 that play Minecraft this includes your keywords used for the campaign.
Each campaign give your website back links and premium back links, which is how people view your website or join your server.
