10 - 40 Player factions Server!

Alright,
So when I joined the server I was greeted by a very crappy spawn, After searching around I found nothing but places to get stuck in and that is about it. I then starting walking around more and found nothing but signs with DO NOT ASK FOR DP and thats about all the info I could see. All the plugins are configured to the bare minimum. Everything is very weird as he tells me he got the playerbase by "Telling his cosmic faction about it and they told their friends."
Votes this month for a 30-40 playerbase: 5
As I was online the playerbase went from a 30+ to much less. I feel like he is just spamming other servers and getting those players to join for a "DP" since that is what everyone was asking for.

I kindly asked you not to ask players questions since they did not know I'm selling it.
You then kept on spamming questions to the chat, then I muted you.

Well you where just simply asking where the playerbase is from no reason to ban at all..
The reason you were banned is because you said 'Want me to tell the players that the server is being sold?'
I muted you because I asked you not to ask the players questions.
Ah alright.
You then logged in and spammed my server... I dont see how Im in the wrong at all.
You could of asked me, I didnt want the players thinking that I was selling the server.
